Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, although shipping varies on pre-ordered items and made to order items. Due to Covid-19, shipping times may be delayed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once packages leave us, we are not responsible. If you think your package was lost or stolen, please contact your local post office.
